Triscape Lawn Maintenance, Inc. offers Snow & Ice Maintenance to Commercial and Residential accounts. We provide the service per specifications given or quote accordingly. We offer several options when servicing Snow & Ice. They are as follows:

Option #1

• Hourly rate for pushing snow with 4×4 Truck with Blade, Bobcat, Front Loader, & Bobcat
• Pound price for applying Rock Salt on drives and parking lots
• Pound price for applying Calcium Chloride on sidewalks

Option #2

• Rate per push per Snow accumulation for Drives, Parking Lots, and Sidewalks
• Example:
  • 1″ to 2″
  • 2″ to 4″
  • 4″ to 6″
• Rate per applying Salt per application

Option #3

• Lump Sum price for the entire season for Snow & Ice Maintenance
• This type of service is quoted based on previous years Snow & Ice accumulation. Usually this is paid through a 5 to 6 month budget plan and paid whether Snow or Ice accumulates or not.
